(Iron) flag bug

I was in Morton and saw an (Iron) flag, but no item associated with it. Not sure why - prayed and was asked to post it here. A Small Fountain in the Garden A small fountain, sculpted in the form of a dwarven lady striking a rock with a pick, gurgles merrily. Where the pick strikes the rock water sprays out into a large bowl. Vines crawl up into it and bright green fungus glows and hums in abundance. [Exits: north east] (Iron)
