Bloodsteep Echo
Description
I'm relatively certain that when bloodsteep wears off of a weapon, the entire room gets the echo. I don't know that it's not on purpose, but it seemed weird for me to see "The ritual blood fades from your weapon." It was never there, so I figure this is either too many people seeing the echo or people seeing the wrong echo as on-lookers.
