Orb of sparks

Description

The orb of sparks, or whatever the name, from the Invoker in Galadon, isn't helping Lightning Bolt (probably other lightning spells too.. haven't tested). It's not giving the % bonus in spells, nor is "humming" when a lightning spell is cast. Don't have the log though..

By design. It only helps your low level lightning spells.
