Ysigrath hidden stuffs: Fixed.

Fixed, again. Some of it right now, some next crash/reboot. I fixed up the descriptions three of four times years ago, but due to some issues with area management at the time, the renovations got repeatedly overwritten. Once I stopped having a Gareth to nag me to fix it again and make it right and easy on the poor players, natural sloth set in. Anyway, it should be golden again now.
