Transmuter enlarge and reduce targets

Description

This could be by design, but as a transmuter if you cast enlarge without a target, it enlarges you. If you cast reduce without a target, it says you need one. It feels like they should behave in the same way (whichever it may be).

Enlarge is not an offensive spell.
