Ministry of Magic problem?
Description
***
A magic mouth says 'Welcome to the Ministry of Magic. Shall I direct you to the Room of Testing, the Office of the Master of the Art, or the Room of Inventory?
You say 'The Room of Inventory, please.'
You say to a magic mouth 'The Room of Inventory, please.'
You say to a magic mouth 'Room of Inventory.'
You say 'Room of Inventory.'
You say 'Inventory.'
***
With every approach I tried nothing happened. It was the same with the other two rooms when I attempted to enter them instead. A bug, or is it by design that the rooms which are mentioned do not actually exist?

It's possible something like Laryngitis or drunkenness was in play (some of which distort your speech without your knowledge), but I otherwise can't get this to fail under any circumstances.
