Ok, Im wondering if we can get it the wasted mana back? I think its stupid if I cant summon a elemental here. The other thing is, if you try to over cast and the conjure spell, and since you have %'s instead of number, you loose mana for something you dont know that you couldnt do. Does this make sense?

Subject: By design.
Attempting to cast a spell and failing still drains mana. This is common to any number of other cases.
