The enormous trees called "GiantsThumbs" by the locals obscure all vision past twenty or so feet on either side of the trail. The padded forest floor gives way ever so slightly underfoot. A gentle breeze whistles through the dark forest and birds chirp far overhead. You get the distinct impression that you're being watched. The forest stretches out in all directions around you and disappears into darkness. [Exits: north south] The torn-out heart of an owlbear is lying here.
