Request code

I can't verify this as a bug, but I saw something that made it look either like remarkable insanity, or a bug. Anyhow it's a problem that arises when a non_good_aligned mob has an item that gets requested alot. I think when it repops on him after alot of time not being respawned by the mob being killed, it goes straight to inventory and is not getting worn. I noticed it with a cloak thats 3dam and 25hp, so I figure it wasn't requested and given back. But I could be wrong.
