When a civilized area (ex. Galadon) is actively burning, one can hide in the flaming room. However, once a room is razed it can no longer be hidden in. This seems like it could be by design, but maybe not. :P

With an uncommon exception, you will not be able to hide/camo in burning rooms.

Hmm. Wouldn't it be easier to hide in a smokey, burning room? After its razed, you would think maybe the smoke would be gone and things could clear up more making it more difficult to hide but its pretty easy to lose sight of people when you're walking through an area with burning brush.

The giveaway would be the guy in the shadows yelling "Arrrgh! I'm on fire! I'm on #$#@$ing fire!"
Hiding in a room won't work unless fire doesn't bother you.
