Push skill improvement broken?
Description
I used this a lot, and it never improved. Cheapshot has gone up 6 times. Lore has gone up 8 times. Push just won't go up. I'd still use it at higher level if it was reliable, like it might be if it was improving through use.
Is this just because I have a low int, or is there something stopping push from improving?
