Spiritual hammer

When you make a spiritual hammer out of a weapon that is not blessed....the resulting spiritual hammer still needs to be blessed. Just seems to me, like the act of making it MY spiritual hammer, maybe could take care of that....just seems strange, as the echo... As you place your hands on a two-handed iron mace it transforms into your spiritual hammer. Implies that the hammer is made for you anyway.
