Description
I've tracked my improvements, and I've gotten no improvements at all in Haggle since it got bumped due to commerce XP. I've bought well over 2,000 items, and have bartered or sold in the 100's of items.
Maybe I'm just on the short end this time.

Haggling over thousands of tiny trinkets won't do you much good, though.
