Tremblefist.

Ok, so I logged on to find that we didnt have the Orb. So I went over the Tremblefist, and I began the fight, I fled so that he would follow and I would not have to fight his guards as well as him, so I fought and killed him. The orb didnt return. So I thought that a little weird. And then I let him return, and the next time i did it again with some others this time, and we killed him without fleeing, with his guards helping him, and the orb was returned. Ok so, to regain your item of power do you have to fight him with his guards, or is this just a bug? Or something different? Well thanks.
