mind control / suggest bug?

I posted this before but it never made it to the board, so here it is again. Log snippet: Spell: 'conjure elemental' for 38 hours. Commune: 'armor' modifies armor class by -20 for 15 hours. Skill: 'mind control poison' for 10 hours. Commune: 'frenzy' modifies armor class by 45 for 10 hours. Commune: 'frenzy' modifies damage roll by 9 for 10 hours. Commune: 'frenzy' modifies hit roll by 9 for 10 hours. Spell: 'detect invis' for 9 hours. Commune: 'sanctuary' for 8 hours. Commune: 'fly' for 7 hours. Commune: 'bless' modifies save vs spell by -14 for 3 hours. Commune: 'bless' modifies hit roll by 7 for 3 hours. Commune: 'protective shield' for 0 hours. Commune: 'protection from evil' for 0 hours. Skill: 'infravision' for -1 hours. THIEF steps out of the shadows. THIEF suggests you to 'murder archon'. A radiant archon parries your crush. A radiant archon is in perfect health. Suggest helpfil states: "The command must be something that is non-violent.." Is "murder" not violent? Just wondering if this is a bug or if by design then the helpfile seems to need changing.
