Unbound Spirit

I've noticed I get the same amount of movement back with this up, or without it. And according to the help file "they will recover more quickly from wounds or fatigue". I also haven't noticed any increase in my health, but since it's random harder to tell if I'm actually not getting any benefit or it's just a small benefit.
