According to the help files, transmuters can use nap with some success when they have metabolic unity... 'METABOLIC UNITY' Advanced transmuters can learn to better tolerate the rigors of their art. Magi with this skill can better handle the fatigue and other drawbacks of spells like Metabolic Quickening and Accelerate.
