Description

WHile flying in the area above Thera (major air form) movement used to refresh slightly while hovering for a tick. Recently, if you are in air and getting tired...(too tired to swoop down) (less that 100 mvs) you cannot move. Says you are too tired. Before, you could wait a tick..get movements back a bit, then land and rest. Had to stay in form until mana ran out and died. Has not been like this with air forms in past.

This was changed quite awhile ago. On the tick when you have 0 moves you are supposed to die, and that has been fixed.
