Imperial sect halls

Description

Why arent people able to take things from the sect halls in the palace? I just wanted to say that its a little unfair if its supposed to be, what about the other cabals, and what if your gear gets taken and put in there, you bust the place open, go to get it, but you cant. Just my thoughts

And it's been gone over before in the past. The pits do not come for free and is one little bonus for being an imperial. End of story.
