mantle + protection + fly

Description

I seem to remember this happening, but don't have a log. Sorry if I'm on crack. If you activate mantle while affected by protection you get all three mantle effects. If you activate mantle while flying you don't get the flight effect. If you have mantle active and try to put up protection or flight you get the "You're already..." message.
