Mute yelling.

Question: (I've experienced this first hand, and I've seen it in others logs) What I have noticed is, when Vex (the mute rager) attacks someone, (usually using Hurl which does not succeed) the target he attacked does not yell. Similar to if you attack him, he also does not yell. Should the yell be transitive in that, since he cannot yell and attacks you, we also should not end up yelling? I can reference various logs as needed if you need them. Thanks.
