Arc lightning

Necro is in same group as me but doesn't have lightning shield. He gets hit by arc lightning sometimes and doesn't other times even though he's not in my pk range. You invoke pillars of lightning to strike the area. Your pillar of lightning >>> ANNIHILATES <<< Rager! The gods protect a flesh golem. The gods protect a ghoul. You hear the sizzling pop of electrical arcs raging across Necro! The gods protect Necro. Rager is convulsing on the ground.
