Bug with the Vigilance

I am a Human Assassin (and a Tribunal) in carrion fields, when i am Detecting the hidden and heighting my awarness to thouse invisible to the eye, my vigilance says that i am already vigilant when i try to become so. this may not seem like a problem, but for some reason since it thinks the detect and heightend are vigilant, i cant tell the difference between a wild yelling cry, or a normal one...
