Ocular Enhancement misuse.

Description

Ocular enhancement can be cast on someone who does not trust the caster and that person does not get a saving throw against it nor is it considered aggressive, nor does trust matter. This is very abuseable because the spell does cause someone to be vunerable to light attacks. Is it a bug that you can cast it on whoever you want?

This statement is false. The help file states: A side effect of this is sensitivity to very bright light. This does not mean searing light attacks. The scope of what is affected by the downside of ocular enhacement is very minimal.

Is it a bug that you can cast it on whoever you want?
