A few quirks about elementals

Description

Okay i'm fighting a transmuter mob and it is able to do multiple spells on elementals that a pk couldn't do. like slow an earth elementals metabolism, disrupt an air elementals bones! Just thought i'd throw these out there.

PCs & NPCs can both do that

disrupt an air elementals bones!

Neither PCs nor NPCs can do that.

Just thought i'd throw these out there.
