Shapeshifter revert bug?

I'm sure I'll kick myself for fessing up on this one if it does turn out to be a bug, but I'm a fare guy so here goes :). If you are shifted into form and you are boneshattered/poisoned/ kot/etc. (Anything that lowers your strength). If you are too weak to wield your weapon when you revert, you do not drop it. I don't have a log, but here is what happened : I was boneshattered. Then reverted and ran away. I was still wielding my weapon. When I casted slow on myself, I got the message - You no longer have the strength to wield your bow. I couldn't wield my bow because i was too weak when I tried.
