Description

I have never been able to practice harmony or windwalk in any of my guilds and hence those powers remain at 70% despite more or less continuous use for some 100+ hours. I figured initially that it was by design and forgot about it, but now I'm wondering if I just missed something obvious. :P

They work just fine, and improve just fine.
